Why Is the Conference Being Canceled?
- We have been closely monitoring the COVID 19 outbreak, which has been continually evolving. Based on advice from the University of South Florida, the timing of our event relative to the emerging health situation, and the likely degradation of the conference experience had we gone forward; we have decided to cancel the event. We are sorry for the inconvenience this cancellation causes our attendees.
Will I Get My Registration Fees Back?

Do I Need to Request My Conference Registration Refund?
- No, the refund will be processed automatically. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to be completed.
Can You Help Me Get a Refund for My Airline Ticket?
- We are unable to provide refunds for travel expenses. In terms of air travel, many airlines are now offering flight waivers and accommodations for specific travel dates and destinations. Please work directly with your airline. We have drafted documentation to support refund requests if needed. If we can support refund requests in any other way, please contact info@cmhconference.com.

Will the Children’s Mental Health Network Hold an Online Event in Place of the Research & Policy Conference?
- The Children’s Mental Health Network is looking into alternative options to deliver programming that had been scheduled to take place at the 33rd Annual Research and Policy Conference. We will provide an update on this effort in the coming weeks.
