Four in 10 children ages 4 to 17 with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder were treated with just medication in 2009-2010; 1 in 10 received only behavioral therapy; and 3 in 10 got both medication and behavioral therapy, according to a CDC study published Wednesday.
