Orange County System of Care in New York is working hard to implement the value of family driven. They have a state-wide reputation for the informal system of care that they had in place prior to receiving the cooperative agreement in 2008 under the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and Their Families Program (CMHI).
