This article from the Technical Assistance Partnership (TA Partnership) newsletter highlights the work that the Chautauqua Tapestry Initiative has done around realist evaluation in their local system of care evaluation efforts. Their local evaluation strategy used a new approach to evidence-based practice based on realist evaluation, with the central aim of investigating what interventions work and in what circumstances. Chautauqua Tapestry represents the weaving together of effective, appropriate and individualized supports and services that are accessible and comprehensive to meet the needs of youth with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families.
