On July 24, the National Council held a webinar describing recently released CMS guidance on Medicaid expansion benefit design, eligibility rules, and beneficiary cost-sharing. The webinar was attended by over 700 people and provided important advice and strategies for working with states to ensure robust coverage of mental health and addiction treatment services for individuals in need of care.
