This Self-Assessment and Planning Guide addresses seven important areas to assist systems/sites to develop comprehensive and strategic financing plans for building effective systems of care. The Guide is a part of a study out of the Research and Training Center for Children's Mental Health at the University of South Florida that aims to examine financing plans, structures, and strategies that communities use to build systems of care.
