Teen pregnancy prevention up close and personal

August 04, 2015

The HHS Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) announced the release of two new video series that reflect on what works for teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) and the impact of TPP programs on the lives of adolescents across the United States.

OAH Grantees: Changing Adolescents’ Lives
The first video series provides a personal look at TPP programs in local communities. The initial video features Sé tú mismo (Be Yourself), a positive youth development program for Latino youth in Washington, DC and Montgomery County, Maryland. Hear from the teens themselves about the difference the program has made for them, including one who said that joining the program was “the greatest moment” in her life!
