The updated versions of the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) fact sheets are available online. The fact sheets describe each state’s CHIP program in 2011, including eligibility and enrollment, cost sharing, and service delivery system. Information included in the fact sheets came from a variety of sources, including state reported data. The David and Lucile Packard Foundation supported the development and production of the fact sheets.
