Community Catalyst is looking for three dynamic people to join their growing team working to improve access to and quality of services for prevention, treatment and recovery from drug and alcohol misuse and addiction. The State Advocacy/Campaign Manager for the Substance Use Disorders Project will work with state-based advocates to design and implement cutting-edge health advocacy campaigns to expand prevention and treatment of drug and alcohol addiction among youth. The advocacy manager will also provide coaching and manage relationships with state advocates working to expand coverage for substance use disorders through the Affordable Care Act.
The Health Policy Analyst/Substance Use Disorders Prevention will help build a new initiative to prevent drug and alcohol addiction in youth through state issue campaigns. The Health Policy Analyst will provide strategic policy advice, research, analysis and other assistance to state-based consumer advocates working on these campaigns.
The Program Associate will provide administrative and programmatic support to Community Catalyst’s Substance Use Disorders Project. The Program Associate will work closely with the Project Director on a range of duties including grants management, database maintenance, planning national conferences, social media and website content, scheduling and travel arrangements and basic research. This is a half-time position with pro-rated benefits.
