This 1-hour webinar will offer a model of purposeful systems change that is grounded in real world actions. Six lessons derived from the systems change experiences with established system of care communities will be presented and their application to other systems change initiatives will be discussed.

Community Solutions at the University of South Florida is a new national resource for system planning and community capacity building, formed by research faculty and staff from the USF Department of Child & Family Studies.
