HHS modifies deadlines for Exchange decisions

HHS is giving more time to states who want to do a partnership exchange. However, those states who want to run their own exchange still need to make their declarations by Friday, November 16th, but they now have until December 14th to send in their blueprint. The changes were announced in a letter from HHS Secretary Sebelius to governors sent on November 9th.
