Building a culture of health - RWJ Call for Proposals

1 Comment | Posted

"If you have an evidence-based idea to improve public health, {the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF)} wants to hear from you." There is an open Call for Proposals for its new Evidence for Action Center (Investigator-Initiated Research to Build a Culture of Health) based at the University of California San Francisco. RWJF is looking for "ideas -- and an evidence base -- that reflect a diversity of professions, sectors, and perspectives."

I have a power point presentation I would like to share with you. Sending it to NIH also. It is a way to incorporate changing demographics incorporated with whole health care model. Physical and mental health in whole health care. Case worker and client driven in the WRAP concept of care. If interested, please let me know. I would appreciate the chance for input. I have been involved in nursing and mental health since DRG's were implemented. Involved in WRAP initiative under grant here in Washington state. With first group certified as peer support. And in process of BSHS/FCSC. I look forward to you response.
