Children's Mental Health Network Organizational Culture
- The Children's Mental Health Network is a fast moving virtual environment focused on improving services and supports across the United States for children and youth with mental health challenges and their families. Network leadership is located across the United States, connected by the latest in communication technology. We are always on the lookout for energetic, passionate and bright-minded people to join us in creating the premier voice for children's mental health in America.
How the Children's Mental Health Network helps foster team member innovation
- The Children's Mental Health Network encourages staff to spend 20% of their work time on Network-focused projects designed and developed by them based on their interest and innovative ideas. Fostering innovation drives our business model and is at the core of our value proposition - providing consumers, families, providers and decision-makers with timely information that is clear and concise to help improve services for children, youth and families at the community, practice and policy level.
- All staff are encouraged to spend one day per month of their work time volunteering at the non-profit charitable organization of their choice. "Giving back" is a cornerstone belief in our work and staff are encouraged to act on this belief in ways that are most fulfilling to them while simultaneously helping others.
