Waxman recommends Biden consider mental health parity in gun debate

The Network was pleased to see that Representative Henry Waxman (D-Calif.), the top Democrat on the Energy and Commerce Committee, is encouraging that the Biden gun violence task force recommend more research applying a public-health perspective to gun violence and greater mental health coverage for people in the United States, specifically encouraging full implementation of the Mental Health Parity Act, and the closing of gun-safety loopholes. Waxman are you trying to say that citizens with some mental health issues are more prone to commit those atrocities like in Conn. You are asking Biden to do that . Look ,You can never know who will commit a crime until the crime is committed I imagine Adam Lanza had issues . ,should we put all with issues in a cage ?
