Whenever we hear from Network faithful British Invasion, our hearts swell with joy as we know we are in for a treat that will either put is in a blissful pretzel pose (yoga links) or help us create the most wonderful zen state (mindfulness links). Both are especially welcome during the hectic holiday season.
