New grants available for helping disconnected youth 
The Obama administration is now accepting applications for a small pilot program aiming to boost outcomes for homeless youth in the juvenile justice system or facing other similar challenges. 

White House student film festival: The impact of giving back 
If you know a budding student filmmaker, consider this their casting call. President Obama just announced the second annual White House Student Film Festival, and he's issuing a call for entries. Make a three-minute film about the impact of giving back, and it might get a screening at the White House. What are you waiting for?
